Welcome to the Crossroads

Welcome to the Crossroads, where Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit intersect on the path to total wellness. It’s a health magazine for men and women who are seeking solutions, ideas, comfort and camaraderie.

Every Sunday morning at 6 AM, we explore the latest news, trends and our thoughts of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I’ll bring you the facts, share some opinions and hopefully help guide you on your journey to a better life.

Do you remember your first 12 Step Meeting? I do, vividly. It was the worst of times and simultaneously the best thing that could have happened to me.

The Crossroads
Friday 05-23-2008 10:07pm CT
As time passes, I realize this radio program is evolving into more than just a talk show about recovery topics.

So with nearly a year under our belts on the air as the Recovery Zone, we are re-branding the program as "The Crossroads"

Join us as we continue to explore what lies at the crossroads of our faith and the day-to-day challenges we all face. Yes, there will still be talk about the 12 steps, but also an intentional attempt to serve those who are simply looking for an inspirational uplifting start to thier day.

On this week's show we'll talk to Michelle Dunbar, President of St. Jude Retreat House. This organization has been helping people recover from addictions since 1992 using ideas and practices that some 12 steppers may fine unconventional. Tune in and hear for yourself!
Tradition 4 and the Test
