Russ Decker is going to reintroduce Healthy Wisconsin this year
. State Senator Jon Erpenbach is re-writing the legislation right now that would make available the same health care coverage that our state legislators currently enjoy. It could also save the state (that has a $5.4 billion short-fall) $1.5 billion. What's the damn downside?!?
